The Incumbent Politician voted AGAINST an amendment during the Special Session of 2022 that would have ENDED the murder of unborn babies in Indiana.
Amendment 76
Amendment 76 to Senate Bill 1 by then Representative Curt Nisly, stated that life begins at conception. It further stated that both a mother and her unborn child are equally valuable as individual patients when receiving health care services from a health care provider.
With the passage of this amendment, unborn babies would have received equal protection under law and their murder under the guise of abortion would have been illegal.

The amendment was voted down 93 to 6! Only six of the some seventy Republicans stood up for the protection of unborn babies and the Politician from District 81, joined the Democrats in declaring no protection for unborn babies.
